Everything. The staff was amazing and helpful , the rooms were clean And specious, most comfortable beds and pillows. I loved hot showers and quiet rooms. Don’t let anyone to mislead you with bad reviews. This place deserves great review only. Thank you

The location could hardly have been more convenient for attending a concert and visiting The Field Museum. The room's were clean and the water in the bathroom hot.

Perfect location. Hotel was within walking distance to everything we were there for. 25 minute walk to the train station. 20 minute walk to Soldier field. Lot's of restaurants around.

The air conditioner was not working the water in the tub was not going down the water in the sink was not going down the staff had to bring a fan to the room the toilet was having a hard time flushing it was horrible.

Beautiful historic hotel. I was concerned by some of negative reviews. I shouldn’t have been. We had a wonderful stay at the Congress Plaza Hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the staff is amazing. Our lake view room was incredibly comfortable and had a perfect view of Buckingham Fountain. Great location with easy access to mass transit when needed. Very walkable to key hotspots in Chicago including parks, museums and restaurants.
